Welcome to Budgetgo LLC. These Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service govern your use of our digital marketing services. By engaging with our agency, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, professional, and performance-oriented relationship as we work together to scale your brand's digital presence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or signed service agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services & Scope
Budgetgo LLC provides SEO, PPC advertising, and social media management services. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) provided at the start of our engagement.
Agreement
Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("client"), and Budgetgo LLC ("agency"), concerning your access to and use of our growth strategy and digital marketing services. By engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
Operations
Services & Scope of Work
The Agency provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management, social media strategy, and revenue growth consulting. The specific scope of work for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing.
Finance
Fees & Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees specified in the SOW. Invoices are typically issued monthly and are due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month. Budgetgo LLC reserves the right to suspend services if accounts remain delinquent for more than thirty (30) days.
Ownership
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all fees, the Client shall own all final deliverables created specifically for them. However, the Agency retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, proprietary methodologies, and software tools used in the performance of services. The Agency is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Client's trademarks and data for the sole purpose of performing the agreed-upon services.
Risk Management
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
While we strive for excellence, Budgetgo LLC does not guarantee specific ranking results or revenue totals, as digital platforms represent a third-party environment. In no event shall the Agency be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other from any third-party claims arising from a breach of this agreement.
Compliance
Data Privacy & Governing Law
We handle all client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable US laws. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Budgetgo LLC provides services on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budgetgo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital marketing services or any loss of data or profits.
Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement upon 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the effective termination date. Budgetgo LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment or breach of responsibilities.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
